Anya Taylor-Joy

The birth of Anya Taylor-Joy took place April 16 1997 in Miami Florida. The girl is English half Spanish. Her parents are Dennis Alan Taylor an ex-banker as well as Jennifer Marina Joy psychologist. She is an Argentinean of Scottish, English and Argentinean descent. The mother of Taylor-Joy is Spanish with English roots. The Taylor-Joy family was a household that included six children. Four of them are siblings of the marriage that she had with Taylor's father. Family was within Buenos Aires up until Taylor-Joy was 6 years old, later moving to Victoria district of London. Taylor-Joy says that moving to London was traumatizing and she did not study English in order to prevent returning to Argentina. Hill House was the new school she needed to go to after she left Northlands. Then she went to Queen's Gate School and studied ballet. When she was 16, she quit the school to pursue acting as a career. From a young age Taylor-Joy knew that she wanted to work as an actress. her dreams came true when she was offered an opportunity to model by Sarah Doukas the founder of Storm Management.
